Put some KTS PR-14 classic strat saddles on my Silo Special yesterday.........orignally bought them for my Axis SS, but, I wanted to see if I could tell a difference between the originals and the titanium, as the Silo Speical already has the same type saddles, they are just stock.

Well, there is a difference, and I will be buying them for all my guitars. Not a HUGE difference like upgrading from an HD500 to a Kemper or an AXE FXII or something, but the sustain is a little longer, notes seem a little brighter and more pronounced, notes sound clearer, it is worth the 100 bucks IMHO. Phil Collen from Def Leppard puts them on all his guitars, pretty much where I got the inspiration.

Interesting. I remember a time when titanium used to be rare. Now it seems like it's in everything.
Where did you get them?

I got them on Ebay from some big music parts dealer.

Actually tested them out live today too, very noticeable improvement........compliments from the rest of the band on how my sound was so clear (some of that was prior tweaking on my HD500 patch), but I am sold. Definitely getting them for my Axis SS and for my PDN Axis SS that should be arriving sometime in 2012 I hope.......
