Jommi, congrats, post some pictures of that bad boy.

Larry, nice job, always good to see when a forum member sells to another forum member.

(where hell i put that digital camera...)

I have to admit, that i was littlebit scared to send money to unknown people thousands of miles away - well everything went just as we planned...

One thing about pick-ups: If i want to change pickups to more powerful, does anyone has good suggestion about this ????

I wouldn't replace them. They sound amazing when I had it. IMO of course. I bet I can outdo you in pictures of it. I got a bit in the archives;)

They're great pickups ... I'd also encourage you to stay with them.

One good option is to shim them- put a small piece of wood underneath to raise their height. It will make a noticable difference.

The Axis pickups are already pretty high output. To go much higher, you'd have to look at EVO's, D-Sonic, or something in that family.

Try the shim idea that beej had. 1/8" could make enough of a difference to raise the pickup response enough. You may also be able to get some cool sounds out of it during trem dives, when the strings slack enough to hit the magnets.
