Ok my guitar playing chums your advice/opinions please.......
I have a strat with active piezo. I have a stereo cable and (lucky me) two amps - sound is great. What I would like to do is to be able to leave my strat plugged in, but be able to swap over to my beloved Axis which is connected to my radio system. Rather than adopt the tiresome plug/unplug routine I would like to "change channel" to the axis. My thought is to go through a mixer BEFORE my amp stage (i.e. both guitars into the mixer), but as I have a Soldano Decatone as my main amp, the last thing I want to do is degrade the signal quality before it hits the tubes. Anyone got an elegant solution to this that actually works in sweaty bar with beer all over the place?
