Tone knob

My Reflex has steel tone knob, and I dont have a clue how to get it off as the pot is loose. It's not a screw that i can just take off, it's like a hole and I dont know how to get it off, any help¿¿

Allen key set screw. Not sure exactly what size though.

Yep. Get a hex key the right size. Then you can tighten the pot.
