I've been listening to Yabby U, King Tubby's Prophesy of Dub on which Aston (Familyman) Barrett played... this guy is phenomenal. Anyone have any other recommendations for stuff Aston Barrett played on?

What is a bass player Just Kidding...have any of you heard of Oteil Burbridge? Awesome bass player!

I usually prefer my Burbridge scrambled rather than oteil'd, sometimes poached or basted but never really oteil'd ...... ah, tuesday night after lessons and the beer flows like wine.... er... I mean it flows like beer... is it wrong to enjoy a beverage during the week???
Seriously though, Oteil is amazing, and his scat soloing is great (and a good thing for al of us to try!!! not only in soloing but also for coming up with lines, try to sing it before you play it)
