It's like asking Ford if GM cars are better.

A poll like this might fly better on a non-manufacturer based site. Plus, in the end, who cares who I think makes the best guitars. Obviously we're all here because we think EBMM's are good enough to own.

EBMM and others focus on quality (IMO), some focus on sales numbers or market share or whatever.

You need to read more posts. This is the most loyal bunch I've ever seen on a forum.

I think EBMM is the best of the normal mid market manufacturers. However I do think better guitars exist:

Anderson, Suhr and Tyler produce some stunning instuments as do a number of the smaller luthiers. PRS aren't really my cup of tea but they certainly produce some stunning instumets as well.

I don't really think that it's right to use BP's bandwidth for this.

I think (as others have said) that it's a thread for TGP or HC.
