I really like the Roasted Maple idea. I will take a BFR Silo Special with one of those

I dont want to compare or anything, but Suhr did a baked maple which came out looking like rosewood. Also very interesting...love the progressive and inovative thinking. I just love when people think outside of the box and are willing to take a chance and to create something new, even in these times...read BPs blog post. Very cool and all the respect goes out to BP and others out there that work and live this way...quite rare nowadays.
