I thought Toto was kaput?

They're doing a brief re-union tour in honour of their Bass Player Mike Pocarro who has Motor Neuron Disease - called ALS over the pond. They're trying to raise awareness and to help with his treatment.

Ah I knew that actually I forgot.
Lou Gherrig syndrome or whatever his name was.
Same thing Jason Becker has.

When did Michael Moore join the band on keys and vocals?

Not sure who Michael Moore is, but the tour was advertised as having Steve Pocaro on keys....the old band!! I can't make out from the clip if this is him or not.

Just to say, thanks for the clips Birno. A valient attempt but my guess is it sounded much better if you were there. From what I have read the band has turned it's back on some of the gizmos it used to use for Backing vocals. The sound is more "live", and IMHO much better for it.

Great songs, and thoughts and good vibes to MP.

it's steve porcaro. Basically the band as it was in 1986-88, except of course jeff and mike. Can't wait to see them live next week... :)

Whatever happens to Luke's guitar in that last vid is comical. It is so out of tune and it looks like either he, or his tech, or both just want that guitar out of there asap.

I thought something was wrong with the video, the guitar just went caput. "Pamela" is one of my favorite Toto song too.
