Just getting an idea on whether anybody might be interested in a trade.
I love the Silhouette Special but I find that, for what I do, I more often than not pick up my Tele. When I do use the SS it's mainly for the humbucker tones at the bridge.
This leads me to a logical conclusion that an ash bodied, maple necked guitar more similar in shape and feel to my Tele might get used a bit more.
Any takers? The SS is in mint condition and sounds and plays great. I currently have some Rio Grandes in it, but to be honest the originals sounded as good if not better so we could work something out based on your preference.
I'm not looking to spend a huge amount as I think it is a reasonably fair trade. I have pics should their be any interest.
