Bummer John. So sorry that something like that has happened.
How did it happen? - fall over?

For what it's worth, and I know it's little consolation, I have seen quite a few neck breaks around my mates workshop.
The last one I saw was a Gibson Junior. He had repaired a crack similar to that one and everything was fine.
Then the guitar fell over again and it snapped again - but in a different place.
Just goes to show how good modern glues are.
I wonder if EB will glue it or replace it with a new one?

Boy John, that sucks big time. I feel for you. The only thing you can do is send it in to get replaced. At least the body is okay. How did it happen?

John, bummer man!!! The kids, the dog??? That happened to Koogie a long time ago and it was the dogs fault.

Hang in there man, you'll have it back before you know it.

Sure hope they can save it. I had a Floyd installed on a strat years ago and my luthier used wood screws on the nut instead of drilling holes through the neck. It is a bad spot to put holes all the way through, really weakens the headstock.

Damn John. That sucks. I'm sure whatever Poppa and the folks at EBMM decide to do, (try to fix it or replace the neck), it'll come out like new.
