Well Everyone,
I've been a member/daily poster here long enough to know that it is pretty much a monthly thing for people to post threads that say, "New Colors for 2039!" or "BP, please bring back invisible sparkle finishes!" etc...etc.

And I've told myself I would never be "that guy", but still I feel compelled to express my love of trans. crimson in thread form.

Trans. Crimson is my favorite finish and I think all the crew totally out did themselves with this color. If you feel the same way, then this is the thread to mention it in!

I gotta say, it's freaking hot, and I would love to see it in some kind of burst.

<sigh...> I guess I've become "that guy".

o well!

That color may rest in peace as it belongs to the 30th SR classic. But you never know, just my thoughts. Easier to say for those of us who have one:cool:

is trans crimson one of the much older finishes? It must have been a trans crimson Ray I saw when a bass player came up to my sleepy town with his Eagles tribute band,Talon.I sold him a P-bass backstage and the Ray he had was a kind of red/pink/purple see thru colour. It did look stunning and I've maybe seen only one other like that since.
yes that was classy but no more than the morse blueburst which had me going gaga all through the early 90s
