Trans Gold and color question in general

Hi!

I may end up buying a new backup fretless StingRay and, after looking through the colors, may end up with trans gold. The picture on the site, however, does not show it on a bass with a plain top and even the pictures on the "What color is this? thread aren't that great. Does anyone have a good picture of their bass in trans gold? How gold is it? Does it just look like a tinted natural or is it a rich-looking color?

Also, does anyone know if summer NAMM is going to include new StingRay colors? If so, I would most likely hold off to see what was coming down the road.

Addendum: I went onto the Bass Central site and saw a few Trans Gold pictures and...I don't know, does it just not photograph well? It's hard to tell how "gold" the gold is. Any help would be appreciated.

Nothing on NAMM? I'm not looking for a preview, just wondering if there is anything on the horizon.
