You can get a brand new StingRay 5 for not much more than that. I only posted it because of its grapealicious color.

For some reason it doesn't have the same "vibe" as Jack's old one. Must be the black PG....

"Error in the listing"
I think it may have been my e-mail that caused him to cancel the auction. I don't believe that the original disclaimer re: returns did not say anything about a 15% restocking fee. I had asked him about returning it if I won the auction and didn't like the nick and next thing ya know the auction is cancelled and the 15% restocking fee is listed. Things that make ya go Hmmmmmm......

And still too much for a SR5 with a big bite outta the front.

That's an odd looking nick, ain't it?

Yeah it is - tough to know without actually seeing the bass. And yes way too much for a starting bid. I e-mailed him that I might be interested around $900 before he relisted and he said thanks but no thanks. :(

I know that's a cool color and hard to find, but used SR5s in great shape, no big godzilla bite outta the FRONT, go all day long for 850.

Still, I know what it's like to just want something. Fifty bucks either way probably wouldn't stop me, either.
