Hey, I have a question
I've seen a couple of trans teal finishes before, but this (in my opinion) is just absolutly amazing, http://www.theperfectbass.com/explore.cfm?STORE=Y&N=122&SN=164&CT=101a&PG=102600101&W=STORE&P=N&S=1001081&U=1&SS=1&CR=Y
You might be thinking "thats just blue, silly goose"
but it looks a little different, I am in love with that finish.
Do they normally make them like that, or did they get lucky with that finish?

I'm pretty sure that the reason the link is down is because I just bought this bass.

If this is the bass, then it's not a trans teal but a Pacific Blue Burst.:D

This must be the trans teal Beast is trying to link to...

Normally trans teal is a little lighter than these pics. Maybe the flourecent lighting makes it look darker.

OP sorry for the confusion, but I was in shock  when my wife showed me what she just bought for me. I like trans teal too, but really love the PBB. Again sorry for the misunderstanding:rolleyes:

you can't lose either way! they're all good.

personally of those "choices" I'd go with PBB, then Trans Teal, then Trans Blue.
good luck!

thanks alot man!
does EBMM send out like, little samples of finished wood so people can actually see the finish in person?
thats the only way I'd be able to actually choose
I'm looking to get a Sterling HH, but haven't picked a color yet

I recently took delivery of a tranny teal Sterling HS with abalone guard and maple fingerboard with painted headstock. Stunning. I requested a mo blue than green, at time of order, but it can go either way depending on the light. She actually looks mo green in person!
