Trem question?

Hi guys! I'm a new MM freak - I have several ESP Eclipse axes, but just bought a clean MM Silo Spec. on eBay & love it! I may look at changing the trem/bridge - has anyone grafted a Kahler 2300 series unit onto one of these? By the way, I play the ESPs though a Peavey XXX half-stack(great tone there) but the MM goes through a Marshall AVT 150 half-stack with a Hughes & Kettner Warp distortion pedal in the "acoustic" channel. If you have a chance, try this combination - also, those Warp pedals didn't sell too well, so you could probably find one cheap!

Welcome! I've never seen anyone talk about switching to kahlers. Most people find existing tremolo units suffcient for their needs. Just get an Axis or a JP if vintage trem doesn't do it for ya

Another ESP convert! I am one myself....

Changing bridges would be jsut as involved as doing that with any guitar. Extra drilling would be required, and .... I would never (or could never bring myself to) want to do that too a ebmm...
