Has anyone got a Silo spec with the trem set up for upbends as well as downbends?
Mine came with all 5 springs fitted and I've removed 2 to have the trem softer.
I noticed that with only 2 spring fitted in the conventional "V" shape that the trem floats from the body easily enough for upbends , but then the action is very high.
So, has anyone got their vintage style trem set up with 2 springs and if so , is it just a case of lowering the saddles until I get the action right ?
Any set up suggestions welcome...
