Tremolo bar question!

Hi there

Does any of you guys know how i can make my tremolo bar on my Axis to swing free and not stop after i release it?

on a floyd rose im not sure
is there a sleeve that you loosen
or a little allen screw somewhere

one of the guys here will spruce you right up but

i like my trem tight anyway
so my advice it so leave it

There is a little allen screw but it doesn't do much.Thanks anyway.
