Tribute colors

Are the tributes the exact same colors as the original evh? You be the judge, ill post a pic of a green tribute next to an evh, anyone who owns both, i would like your opinion, i love both. But here goes.

Ive noticed this with the pinks too, and i doubt its oxidation or age of any kind, i wonder if its a different manufacturer of dye?

I think the green and pink are my fav, along with gold, even natural, screw it! I love'em all! I really like the purple, if i had a least fav it would be trans black, its still awesome, but i like the bright quilts, I wish they made more of those super rare opaque black ones!

That is my pic. Those are my guitars...so yes. I own both. Quite literally in this case.

The same is true of the tributes that was true years ago when the EVH's came out.

Every piece of wood is unique. Every piece of wood reacts to the dye in a different way.

The colors varied slightly from guitar to guitar back then just as they do now.

I wish i had those! Ive had that pic for a month or so, every time i see cool evh axis pics i hit save image, but i love the green! One of ebmms finest colors!
