Help! True Gold is here!!! My first EBMM

Yeh, I can understand the frustration with the very small niggles. You buy a new car & always can find issues - that is manufacturing sometimes. But, wow, what a guitar. It looks stunning. Like the guys say EBMM will see you right however you wish to proceed but I wouldn't let that go especially as I guess these LE Lukes are gonna be in short supply soon I bet.

It is without a doubt the most gorgeous guitar I have ever seen, I have just arranged to send mine back to "Strings and Things"
for them to get a look at it. I will hopefully get it sorted though.

I had a stress crack on a LUKE I used to own. I also like my new guitars to be in perfect condition without any flaws, but honestly after I read the posts here on the forum about this as well as answers from the EBMM guys it did not bother me. The guitar felt and played great, so I just didnt look at the minisculr crack. But this is also why CS is there and they are exceptionally great at EBMM with these kinds of things. They will take care of you and you will be 100% happy in the end I'm sure.

Hi everyone,
Just wanted to update you all with my situation. On thursday last, I sent the Luke to Strings And Things to get their opinion. (They even arranged the courier)
Tues morning I got a call from Nick saying they were going to send me a new True Gold and yesterday (Wednesday) it arrived on my doorstep. (24hr delivery cos I asked if it was possible to get it for gig on Wednesday night, and they happily obliged)
This guitar is perfect in every way. No cosmetic faults at all. I am so happy with it, and I want to thank everyone here for their input and help.
Finally, I want to express my gratitude to Nick and S & T, a very understanding, professional and helpful company who bent over backwards to help me, I cant thank them enough.
