true gold luke neck care

Hey everyone,
Had my True Gold now over a month and cant imagine life without it, it is truly a wonderful guitar,
however after gigging 6 nights per week since I got it, I see the full rosewood neck is in need of a good clean.
Do I just use the wonderwipe sachet (included in the case) and clean back and front of neck, or do I need to do use the light sandpaper method as shown on youtube,
Dont want to make a mess of the neck.

A step by step cleaning explanation from someone would be fantastic

Neck Care Info
The care procedure for necks & fretboards is the same for both rosewood & maple.

1) To clean the back of the neck and fretboard: use a high-grade of lemon oil (Ernie Ball Wonder Wipes Fretboard Conditioner works for this). If the neck is very dirty, try Murphy's Oil Soap diluted 3:1. Some players have found that using a toothbrush for cleaning is very effective.

2) To maintain & seal the neck: apply a Very infrequent dose of gunstock oil and wax. We recommend Birchwood-Casey, but any good quality gunstock oil and wax will work.

After cleaning the neck first with the lemon oil, use a small amount of Tru-oil on the back of the neck & fretboard. Leave it on for only 30 seconds, then wipe it off with a paper towel. Then apply Birchwood-Casey Gunstock Wax; this helps to seal in the Tru-oil. Be sure to douse the paper towel with water before disposing of it! Read the wax and oil manufacturer's instructions regarding disposal of these used paper towels.
