A good story here.
I have my sub bass set up for standard tuning. The action is low. I needed to tune down to drop b to record a track.
Naturally, my strings are now laying on the frets and making lots of noise. Insert screwdriver and turn the wheel counterclockwise 1 and half times and the action is perfect.
I'm ready to rock in less than a minute.
And when I'm done I'll just tune up and twist it again.
