Anyone knows how to make sure that the neck is straight? I play the trussrod, and know im consufed if the neck is straight or not.

Well, you shouldn't adjust the truss rod unless you know what you're doing.
It's not exactly rocket science:
1. Put a capo on the first fret
2. Fret the E string at the point where the neck meets the body (on a Stingray, that's the 16th fret.
3. Have a look at how much space there is between the string and the fret that's closest to halfway between the nut and the body. On that's the 6th or 7th fret.
You want about a business card's thickness between the string and the fret.
If there's more, turn the truss rod nut clockwise to tighten.

Haha, I think im screwed. I will just bring the bass to the luthier tomorrow, as I want the bass to have a lower action.

What stage are you at with set up?
It's ok to take it to a tech but any subsequent turn of a screw (by you) is going to undo what you've paid $$$s for.
IMO, you have to learn to do it yourself. It's a great feeling to be able to do your owns setup.
Just my 2 cents.

Leave them alone until you've sorted out the neck.
Then sort out the intonation and the saddle height.

For chrissakes, take that bass to someone who knows what they're doing. This is a scary thread, and would fit in better at Talk Bass.
