If I'm not mistaken, the basses will have fret markers like the one on the LUKE at every position. It's only the guitars that need the smaller ones for the shorter scale.

Of course, I have been wrong in the past....

The guitars will all be inlayed like the Luke, big glass and olive at the first, with tiny 'tinis in all the regular positions, all the way to the 24th fret on Silhouettes and JP's.

All basses get the inlays that were on the first Sterling proto we made, which is a smaller version of the 1st fret guitar inlay, but not as small as the tiny 'tinis. The inlays will also be kicked over to the bass side (like on the new Luke proto), so as not to spill your drinks while playing. Olives included at all fret positions on basses.

The only exception will be on unlined fretlesses, which will get the large inlay at the first fret like the guitars.

Enjoy!

I thought the unlined fretless basses were going to have the inlays at the 12th fret. I think it will look out of place at the first fret.

I guess they were just wondering since when they ordered their unlined fretless, they were told that there would be martini glasses at the 12th fret.

I'm sure they'll love them either way but i'm just saying. :p

Andrew did you read the post...Anyone who is unhappy with the inlay can either cancel and make my life easier or make a profit on ebay..

Take a shower and zip your fly!
