What's the standard turn-around time for ordering parts from Ernie Ball? My stingray has been in the repair shop for a month waiting on a replacement circuit board and pots. I'm being told from GC that they're waiting on the factory to ship the replacement part they sent out a month ago. Does this timing seem normal, or am I being way too impatient?

Thanks,

Brian.

hey Brian, thanks for playing Music Man. The process involves GC returning the old preamp(proprietary)to our factory here in California. Once we have received it and notified GC they order a replacement. Factor in shipping/ordering and this can take a few weeks.
We build the preamps quickly, please have your contact at GC call us (866)823 2255 to get you taken care of.

Thank you sir. I will pass along the contact info when I check in with them today. When the preamp is sent back, will GC be notified and will they have a tracking number for the package? I bought the bass and gave it to them for repairs 48 hours after buying it so I'm ready to have it back in my hands and up on stage! I can't help but be excited!
