I need company and body guards to cross the border from God's own country Wales into England. So there will be 3 making the trek from Cardiff.

I'll get them to confirm first though!!

I bet a lot of effort is being put into arranging this, what with talk of Beth coming over and it would be great if we (on this side of the pond) gave it our full support, rather than just "15" or so turning up.

(I know this sounds"pretty cold" in internet speak and I'm sorry for that)

Just tell the guys you can't fulfill the gig - you will be giving them plenty of notice after all? - get them to come along?

Huge praise for Blind Lemon and DaveB for putting this together, and of course you cool folks at EBMM, talk about listening to your customer, all those who post saying wow open house or birthday bash looked great, wish I could have been there, well this is our chance to have an event, don't sit around and think about it - you could be missing out of a lifetime oppertunity....

Sorry chaps, I will not be coming as it stands at the moment. The one of the reasons I get so much work is that I am not a flaky, blow gigs out all over the place type person. I have committed to do a date with the band and I will honour it. If the circumstances change I of course I will be chomping at the bit to attend this event!

I am being nothing but honest and upfront here - I would not tell everyone that I was coming along and then not show up!
