Don't panic I'm not gonna spit out numbers....

I have a query on UK Pricing, can someone who deals with UK pricing PM me or let me know who to email.

It's a serious enquiry, sorry for all the secret squirrel stuff!

Thanks

As far as I know you have to go through a dealer to get prices.

Strings & Things show the RRP on their catalogues but that often isnt the price you pay.

Give Jeff at Machinehead in Hitchin a ring....

Yikes. Not much can be done about that I take it.

Well after the Open House I walked through the Green Channel at Heathrow with Mr Horsepower on my back and my gold ASS in a case on the trolley!

So back to my question (I'll just come out and say it ) delete if it's naughty.

If I go to my local musicman dealer who can get EBMM stuff and place an order for a guitar... which I'll get in about 5-6 months.

Will it cost me the same as traveling to a dealer 200 miles south that have cheaper prices on most things ??

If I can get it cheaper at a different dealer then I'll travel but if it's the same pricing for all the dealers then I'll just stick with the local joint.....

all help appreciated.

Different dealers will quote different prices. Assuming they get the same deal from Strings & Things then they are basically deciding how much of their profit margin they are willing to cut to get the deal.

Ones I would recommend giving a call.....

Mark Hopkin at Guitars4You 01335 345777

Jeff Pumfrett at Machinehead 01462 433305

Oxford Guitar Gallery 01865 553777

Seconded!

I have bought new EBMM's from Guitars4You and Oxford Guitar Gallery and negotiated prices with both.

PS Ask for Geordie at Oxford GG. He will def be up for a bit of a 'haggle'!;)

I would have at least twice as many EBMM guitars if the UK prices were even remotely close to the US prices!! I'm dreaming I know but..... what a handicap to have to live with!! It p**ses me off big time!
