Hello!
I've discovered that the neck on my EBMM guitar has uneven relief on treble and bass sides. On the low E side, there is very slight backbow, while on the high E side of the neck has an almost unnoticeable frontbow (the frets are a bit closer to the strings in the 10th fret area).
Can this be the result of the climate (right now it's really cold and dry)? What should I do?
Thanks in advance!

Give customer service a call and talk them through the issue as they will advise you best. Without seeing the guitar it is hard to help you, but CS is still the best route to go.

Thank you for your replies. I've contacted Customer Support and they said that climatic changes may have affected the wood.

This sounds a bit nuts to me. What you are describing could be a twist in the neck. None of us know that without seeing it but since it's a possibility take it to a tech to have them look at. It very well just could be due to the climate but someone should probably look at it vs diagnosing over the phone or internet.

To me, the line diagram indicates back bow. Give the truss rod an anti clockwise turn to slacken it and see what the difference is?
say 1/2 to 3/4 of a turn.
edit
On reflection and looking back at your original post you say that the bass side has a backbow, whilst the high E side has front bow - yet there is only one line drawing which seems to indicate the shape of the neck at the red line on your photo?
If that's the case then my advice stands
