I returned today from working up in the North of England. (Sunderland)
In my class of students a really nice lady told me about her boyfriend (soon to be her husband).
He's 23 and became apprentice of the year in the field of jewellery making.
He makes it all by hand and has also used his (saw) fretwork skills to make unusual pick guards and pickguard holders ( a la Les Paul).
