I'd say 99% of the dealers out there don't know WTF a Dargie Delight is and that's the problem.
there's only a few that actually get into the products they sell, it's more than just trying to get 40 points when you can(ok, so you can really try to push to be a hoser and go for 50 on accessories but really), it's about making sure musicians, beginners and pros alike, get CURRENT quality gear, but you know that, you extol that virtue and that is why you rock Steeb!

Well, I wil say this...it is hard to serve too many masters. I have just under 200 SKU's in my catalog and some guys have 1000's.

Leafy Green Dargie Delight BCBud Version #1

as a "dealer" myself, yes, the build code thing is kooky and yes I did have to hip my national dist. to the DD(and also the other dist. about the EB Wah)...anywho... :p
be patient with your stores, most of the "gigging" employees enjoy a leafy green diet and are a little "slow on the uptake", have patience with them, their karma will take care of any wrong doing towards your DD ordering hassles
Fffffffff? UhhhHuhhHuhh?

Mark (and everyone):

The initial list of build codes didn't include the Bongo (matching headstock not optional) in it. This was quickly remedied, like within an hour or so.

The actual real and no BS build code for the neck on the Bongo is 76.

(The first list only went 70 to 75.)

Hope that helps!

The dynamic duo (Beth and Kevin) have set the dealer straight, who will discuss with the distributor and get back to me later today with the real pricing. So, hopefully, I'll have an actual order in sometime today. Beth and Kevin were on the ball (no pun intended) and explained the situation very clearly to the dealer.
