Wow I really should log on more often - people saying nice things about me!

Seriously though I appreciate the kind words - I was once on the buyer side of the fence and was quite vocal in my discussions about US/UK pricing. However its the same with Levis, cars, trainers, CDs, Apple Macs, iPods etc..........

In the store now I try to be as competitive as possible but offer (what I hope) is a first class service.

We dont have any JP7s new or used at the moment - but I am meeting up with the Strings & Things guys at NAMM next week so I'll ask for you John.

Dave

Dave, call my cell during NAMM and we can catch up! Both Nick and I will be there. It's good to see you around here again.

hi dave,
I am one of those people like yourself who was once upon atime vocal about the prices for us/uk.i agree with what your saying about iPods, clothes etc being cheaper in the us also compared to here with us in europe.
I am one of your customers and bought my BFR from anthony and was delighted with the purchase,i think i am the only person in ireland that has one of these guitars so im very happy because people have no idea how great these instruments are to play and the tops are fantastic.
however i was abit disappointed to find a BFR JP6 for sale after i purchased mine on another well known uk music retailer website which was over £200 cheaper than what i paid you guys.when i purchase again in the next year i will definitely consider you guys again because i know ye have agood relationship with Musicman...................if the price is right...........ha ha.

cheers.

I found my JP7 on a US classifieds website (similar to gumtree). Don't forget you're looking at £200+ import tax on top of shipping!

Unless you carry it back yourself!
Not that I'm advocating swindling the Government in any way at all:D

Make a holiday of it! A return ticket to the states can't be that much more than £200 can it?
