USA sub neck paint

Accidentally found an easy way to remove the paint on the back of the neck today. I was cleaning the strings with rubbing alcohol on a rag. The phone rang and I set my sub 5 down for a few minutes with the rag laying underneath the neck and when I picked it back up a silver dollar sized spot of the paint was missing. Dang it! I have read of guys sanding it off, would me much easier this way. Oh well, live and learn I guess.

What type of paint is on these sub's?
 
I would like to repair this. Was hoping to get info on the type of paint used.
 
I had Marty Bell repaint my SUB neck. Can't remember the cost but it is shiny, not sticky, and beautiful (Black).
