hello
I have a lukeII since only 1 year and half
I use dean markley strings because EB strings break on the saddle all the time
I bought this luke new in a shop in Lyon in France
the trem was no setup floating and the action was very low(buzz with every strings)
I have adjust the height of saddle and just 1/8 turn the trussrod.
I play only 1 or 2 hours per a week sometimes never during a month and i note that the frets are already used on E.B.G..strings.
The local dealer for france say to me that it's a very rare case but it's not impossible
.
The dealer of the shop say to me that it was normal because the frets are not very hight for this model ...!!and it's like a car when it was new a grinding is necessary !!!!
i think that it's not very normal
perhaps the action is still too much low
perhaps the dean markley doesn't broke but use the frets
I do not arrive in France to find a solution or a point of wiew of someone
i would like to say that i have also a silhouette since 10 years and no problem with it
if you can help me (sorry for my english)
thank you
