Real life last name is Hellman and since I´m young in spirit I find Hellboy to be a fine user name. My avatar is drawn by Yamaha employee Toshio Kawa back in -89. We did a tour of Japan and since we had a sponsorship with Yamaha we had Yamaha folks with us on the gigs. Toshio handed me the drawing after a gig. He could hardly speak no english at all. He just walked up to me, handed me the drawing and said: "You are welcome" with a heavy japaneese accent. I kept it and scanned it some years later. I like it alot. :)

Cellkirk was the name of my first real band that lasted and had a little success from 1991 to 1999. We had it from a movie I can not remember where a 'Sellkirk' appeared. 1974 is the year of my birth.

My Avatar is the headstock of my 92 Stingray.

I've been Aussie Mark since I first started tinkering around on bulletin boards and Usenet in the mid-1990s. Most of the time it seemed like I was the only Australian online in those days, so the name made sense then.

My avatars change fairly regularly, mostly a shot of a current bass in the stable.

GAFMAN was bestowed upon me by a work colleague who was of the opinion that i did not 'Give A F%$*'. Not entirely true but the name kinda stuck around a little and thought it would be an ok internet username.

My avatar is simply a snapshot from an online street directory of 'Stingray Street' in a nearby suburb.

I used to party a lot, and a few of the normals started to call me the dirty hippie. It has stuck, and now a lot of people still call me dirty hippie Some call my wife Mrs. Hippie(hilarious, because it sounds like Mississippi).

My avatar is a pic of my basses leaned against my amp.

A lot of people call me Jimmy, the B is from my surname, to distinguish me from other types of Jimmy.

My avatar is a stuffed PG tips monkey cuddling the headstock of a 20th anniversary silhouette. Obviously!

mmbassplayer... guess i really don't need to explain that one. My wife pointed out that it is not an acurate name as i do own one non-EBMM bass. I pointed out to her it is an el cheapo imported 12 stringer that i occasionally play Pearl Jam Jeremy with (hense it does not count).

Avatar is a pic of my 25th (from Tommixx ever changing collection) and my Big Al i ordered from Ye Olde Music in Charleston, SC. JOSH

My user name Spudmurphy.

People with the surname Murphy are invariably called "Spud"

My Avatar used to be an animated Marshall volume control going from one to eleven. It has been the ALOC avatar for some time because of my affinity with the Albert Lee guitar.

projectapollo comes from my love of the original space program, then I started trading in project apollo collectibles and projectapollo1972 was my trading name..... so I just tend to use that name on-line.... I have the autographs of the 12 men that walked on the moon... some call it my dead astronaut collection

my avatar is a cool perspective of my Bongo Stealth. this bass was inspired by Colin Edwin of Porcupine Tree -- who plays one in their 2007 concert DVD -- first bongo I ever saw and I thought is was soooo cool

BD is my initials and gotoh is short for go to hell.

My avatar is one of the first pics I could find of a Dargie Sterling. I should change it because my fave Sterling is an HH Dargie.

My user name and avatar...............

...............Are pretty basic I guess?

"Laredo" is the name I am on all bass/guitar web sites. It came from my history with Rickenbacker Basses. I had several models, but seemed to favor my Laredo's..............So when I started hanging around bass web sites, I just used the name Laredo. Now, I don't even own a Rickenbacker!!!!

The avatar is my new Bongo 5 H DD II..............One of five Dargie's I got late in 2009! It was a crazy end to the year! I have less of the "off brands", and a lot more EBMM's now! ;)

Powman started when I was taking Tae Know Do lessons. For fun, during a product launch powerpoint presentation, I decided to spice things up halfway through my presentation and break a cement slab and some wood. Its easier to do than you think because I never got past yellow belt.

My previous avatar was a picture of my first ever tattoo (bass clef, how original) that I got 6 months ago.

My current avatar is just something I thought would be cool, no good reason.

Bobbo (Bob"O") was a nickname given to me by a VERY Funky guitar player back in the day (mid 70's), since I was a BIG T.O.P. fan, and Rocco Prestia influenced. And 77' was the year of my 1st REAL bass, a 77' Jazz Bass, and my current Funk-box, Ol' Trusty 77' MM Stingray!
My avatar is my 77'

In the 90's I did some large scale video game testing and I got the callsign "oddjob" after the Bond villian because I was the only one of the group with a real job (and they thought being a teacher and game testing was actually quite... well... odd)

The avatar are the the prizes of my collection (and I thought it was a nice shot of the two of them together)

RaginRog- A nickname given to me by some fellow union reps when I was a UAW rep working for GM. I had a tendency to fly off the handle back then. I was a lot younger and dumber too! lol

My avatar is always changing....my last one was Alyssa Milano wearing a Mets T-Shirt, the new one is my new Dargie headstock!
