SG, you're gonna love this, man... :)

http://www.streamload.com/evhfan/

All of the 01xx and 02xx files are the concert. It's a bootleg, and you can tell, but as before, beggars can't be choosers, right? ;)

(BTW, the "Up for Breakfast" and "Learning to See" that are posted in there as well, save your download...those are the other ones that I've already posted!)

Enjoy!

Hi there,

Got the 1st disc, but the 2nd half won't work.

Did you manage to get the whole thing, or do you know of a mirror?

Would love to hear the 2nd half too!

Bandwidth sssssssssssssssssssssuckage! LOL!

I just tried them myself, and got the same. The guy said that he bought 10K more downloads; the question is, did it not get updated, or did it just get wailed through that fast!??!?!?!

I have the whole thing, but good God, man...it's 165MB in total! We have any good folks out there that can mirror this? I'd like the whole board to have a crack at this, but I just don't have the capabilities to do something of this nature. Get with me privately if you have access to some kind of resolve on that behalf.

Other than that folks, other than keep trying the link I posted, I dunno what to tell ya. My apologies, but I can't come through this time. I'm so sorry... :( I'll work in the background to see if I can figure something out.

I've been looking for this to show up on the groove, but nothing yet. Hell the opening night for Rush was there within a day. I'll keep looking and if I get a copy I'll let you know.

I'm not promoting buying bootlegs, but for those that REALLY want to hear AND see this show, there's a DVD copy of it on eBay. Actually, I've noticed that there's a DVD copy of all 3 shows played so far. Although, buying boots kind of feels like paying for sex...not that I'd know, but you get the message.

Won't make that same mistake again. Actually, I have been playing some VH on guitar and I am starting to like them more and more....Thanks fellas!

Darrell,

plain and simple, you rule!!!!

I got these in about 30 mins, it took me less time to download them than it will for me to listen to.

I owe you a frosty 6 pack of beer for this one!!!

Hey JDouglee,
It just showed up on the Groove, but I'm getting a tracker error. I guess the poster will take care of that and it will then be available.

JD,
Thanks for the heads up. I didn't look real close when I was out there last, I just went back and read the announcement.

I guess it was just a matter of time before some a-holes screwed with a good thing. From the announcement at the site it sounds like it's only a temporary outage, and I hope so, I've gotten some really great shows from there.

thanks,
fred

Yeah, I can relate to the "stacks". My wife started wondering what I was doing after buying my fourth 100 pack CD spindle in a month.

I have a collection of about 175 boots. I'm gonna date myself and say that I graduated in 1979, so I'm always looking for the early 80's stuff that I listened to out of high school. I have a ton of old Van Halen, Rush and Yes. It also goes without saying that I have a bunch of Dream Theater, my EBMM Petrucci making me responsible for that.

I have quite an assortment to be honest. It runs the gamut from Aerosmith, Boston, Cheap Trick, Def Leppard, a bunch of Sammy Hagar from his solo days, Ozzy, Jackson Browne, Neil Young, TSO, a bunch of old Ratt boots. Even a few country and bluegrass thrown in for good measure. :)

And my boot collection pretty much defines what I listen to and play on a regular basis. I'm not much for the new stuff out there, I'm more old school I guess.

How about you??
