That is beautiful. Edit: They say it's "Sunburst finish". Man, it looks HOT. The pics I've seen of vintage sunburst (if that's what they mean) have had much darker edges. This AL's finish is so smooth. Man, I'm loving that color. May be changing my plans....

glad to see you are keepin' track of things on the 12th Fret site ... did ya see the other AL and those two Super Sports posted recently? seems they are doin' a little bit more activity with EBMM guitars

Looks like honeyburst to me...you gotta love this finish on an AL...! Someone will be very very happy with this guitar!
i saw in France a luke with same finish
it's vintage sunburst but very light, the dark part is very small
and the guitar take an exeptionnal look
i don't know if it's a custom order (surely i don't think ) or just the pics too photoshoped

Coffeemug, you have the same color on your BFR RW neck AL don't you? Does yours have very dark edges or is it more like the photo on the 12 Fret's site?

So, was honey burst an older color? It sounds familiar. Edit: Nevermind. Brain freeze.....I know Honey Burst and have seen it in person once -- just don't remember it looking so darn good. Wow.

Yep, mine's honeyburst. It doesn't have very dark edges, seems to be a little lighter than the one on The Twelfth Fret's HP but I guess that's just the photography/lighting.
