[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9TIGS9NyYdg]YouTube - Joe Bonamassa Gear Interview part 2[/ame]

Musician's Friend interview with Joe B about his touring guitars. I finally get to see a video of his double neck in BBB w/ 12 string piezo!!!!!!!!!! Beautiful guitar. Also the Bari/6 cherryburst double neck ala SMY2d and a regular SMY2d at the end.

lol @ BP, "Sorry about the top"

A "That Top Sucks" joke in disguise. :D

Just screwing around on YouTube after watching that I found this video of the studio footage for "The Ballad of John Henry", the solo is played on a BFR JP6 with a slide.

Pretty sure it's the first slide solo I've ever seen on a BFR JP6. :)

Great videos. He was fantastic live when I saw him earlier this year. He put on a great show with lots of interaction with the crowd between songs.

I wonder if he's ever smapled a Silhouette Special.

I do remember him stating in an interview, that he was pretty much done with single coils for a while during his "You and Me" tour as he wanted to defined himself with another instrument and tone. He moved to the Les Paul to establish his own sound from what I understand. So maybe in the future. Who knows? I do know he's been sporting a Emerald BFR Luke though, so you never know!

Actually, this man needs a Game Changer! Sounds like a sure-fire way to get your own tone :D Of course, he'll need to share it with us ;)
