Vintage White Pickguard for Cherryburst?

I'm thinking of switching to the vintage white pearloid guard;I suppose regular white pearl or even cream pearl would work too, but am wondering if anyone has matched (or can visualize) the vintage white with cherryburst. I ask because my wife says I have no taste in these things. Thanks!

I say get a plain white PG and the white PU cover from EB. Looks great on my 30th Stingray. JOSH
