Question Volume boost Luke III

On my previous Luke III in bodhi blue the volume boost was placed in de volume knob. On my new (used) Pdn Luke III it is in the tone control knob. Is this a change in manufacturing? The pdn is a older Luke so maybe it was under the tone knob at first? Who has the answer?

That is correct. The first year (2012) it was on the tone control, then moved to the volume control.
