Volume Knob

The volume knob on my Axis broke (the shaft part) not long after purchasing it. I was only abel to locate a replacement knob in a white color, and have now decided that it doesn't look nearly as nice as the creme colored original knob that matched the binding. Is there a way I could get a replacement knob from EB/MM or should I look on the net for a part supplier that might have the correct color?

my situation is very similar so i hope you won't mind me using this thread to make an inquiry. my new axis super sports doesn't have any vol/ tone controls (#G19652,
thanks guys for setting it up this way for me!) but the pick up selector knob has fallen off and is lost. i'm likely to rip my hand to shreds on what's left so i tried to attach a replacement. seems like the size of the hole on the parts available here differs. so it won't fit. i'd like to restore it to its original condition, is it possible to have a new knob sent out to japan? i live in a remote part of south japan where dealers etc. are not to be found. i'd really appreciate hearing from you. thanks in advance.
