volume pedal calibration

Hi at all, this is my first post here, and so, my first question about my new volume pedal 6166. When i attempt to decrease the volume, the fade-out don't start immediately but at 3/4 of his course. Is there anything i can do for set-up my pedal?

sorry, i haven't seen it before..... Thanks a lot ;) it's very interesting but don't resolve my trouble.

All the electronics on my guitar are passive.
