Volume Pedal Pot Removal/Replacement

Is there a removal/ replacement procedure for the 250k volume pot on a mono 6166 pedal?

I can only find the procedure for the cord and spring kit, but I'm having trouble removing the old volume pot. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
