Well, it's good that these threads toss some cold, hard reality into the mix every once in a while, eh? :)

At least we all gain some insight into the guitar-making business, and that's a good thing IMHO.

It kind of makes the price look much more reasonable than blowing, say, twice that on a PRS. Actually, I really don't know what a comparable PRS would cost.

BTW, these BFR threads killed any Blue Dawn or Dargie Delight talk in the past day or so.

Of course, the 'fun' forum answer is that there is no comparable PRS... :D

I'm joking of course, because we all know that Sterling has great respect for Paul and what he brings to the market.

There's still some Dargie talk on the bass side, but it has been a bit quiet over here, hasn't it?

Kind of sad the other models are not getting that much attention i still love though.....:) I just recently made the decision to order a BFR JP which won't be until another couple months, and i would of loved to have a choice on the top, but at this point i just want one...so what ever it comes with i will be a happy camper:) .

Has got to be bahama blue though...Just wanted to throw that in there.
