Just to go slightly off-topic, have you demo'ed the Roland Micro-Cube?? If it's just a little practice amp you are after then, I'd say it's better then it's big brother(s). Haven't heard the Vox though.
i thought both vox ad30vt and the roland cube 30 had 10 inch speakers?
I've got the AD30VT Vox and love it, it does have a 10" speaker. The thing i like about it, is it has a wattage adjustment on the back, so what i do is, max out both volumes on the amp and then i use the wattage adjustment on the back of the amp for my overall volume. It rocks pretty good, nice and compact, only weighs something like 25 lbs. It's what i consider a really good, grab and go amp.
If I don't go and splurge on a tube amp, then the Vox is probably what I'll be getting.
I've got to get rid of this Marshall MG30dfx. It's not happening. Then again, maybe the Dargie will make it sound better!![]()
