Sports Illustrated Bongo Swimsuit Edition

Again, your Bongo has this nice shine to it. It reminds me of Christmas ornaments.

By the way, anyone know of custom graphics pickguard people? I've contacted Boots, WD Music, Sharp Concepts on custom graphics MM pickguards, but none of them do custom graphics.

Sweeeet.....so, this means he has the template for the sc/h 5 string Bongo?

I'm going to have to get a tort guard from him for my fretless before it arrives....

Buy a clear pickguard, the cut the artwork out to fit underneath it. It's fun and easy to change when you get tired of it.

You can use Playboy centerfolds, contact paper, giftwrap, used panties, it all works.

Thanks for the tip, Bovine. Now I just need to get the materials for my master pickguard plan.

Yes Mister Monkeee - you'll have the astute status of ordering a perfect pickguard based on my Bongo 5 sc/h. Wow I feel so significant now!:p

Well, you should really feel special because I'll be ordering an abalone guard for my fretted 5 string H/H Bongo based on the pics of your Stingray, too! :D

Yeah, but do they make stacked knobs that would work with the Bongo?

I returned those WD knobs - they weren't deep enough on my SR5 & too much of the control post/pot washer/nut showed.
Do you have a side view pic of yours?

I guess mine are a little short too, but not enough to worry about for me. If anybody is looking at my bass that close it better be my wife!:p Sorry no side pics.
