OK, so I know EB has a wah pedal coming out, but I was wondering what everyone here uses since it has yet to come out. I currently use a crybaby 535Q, but I have a terrible time trying to get it to turn on/off. All the crybaby switches seem to be a little finicky.

I was looking at getting a Morley Bad Horsie (and maybe even BH2) because it is switchless.

What wah pedal does JP use, and what wah pedals do you all use with your JPs?

Thanks guys!

I use the Dunlop CryBaby aswell... But I'm anxiously awaiting the arrival of the EB Wah pedal... My guess is, the CryBaby is gonna be gathering some dust, as soon as the EB Wah is on my pedal board!

I use the Crybaby Classic. I like that it has a much more pronounced and open wAh articulation.

Wow, i didn't realize the 95Q had the tone shaping features of the 535Q with the added switchless design! This is the wah i've been looking for! Thanks radrock!

Sorry EB, you should have gone switchless!

Anyone want to buy a 535Q? :D Seriously! Make an offer!

If you really want a wah pedal that is heads & shoulders above the rest, check out Real Mccoy custom pedals. Geoffrey Teese makes some of best sounding wah pedals on the planet, all hand wired and true bypass. I used a variety of wahs over the years (Vox, Dunlop & Buddha) and I used a 535 for years. When I first heard Geoffrey's Wizard Wah, my jaw hit the floor! I eventually checked out his other models and they all sound amazing, each one with it's own special character! I hooked up with him and I'm honored to say he made me a custom wah pedal and it is truly the most expressive and vocal wah pedal I've ever owned! Check him out and if you're able to step on one, it'll rock your knot and change your life!:D And if you cop one during your wait for the EB wah, tell him Jimi sent ya!;)

I use a 535Q myself and have been pretty pleased with it. As far as the Morley Switchless Wah, well I believe Jeffery will be having funerals for the 3-4 that he has busted this year

I'm bidding on a 95Q wah on ebay. It is NIB and I might be able to snag it at a good price.

I thought the Morley was supposed to be heavy and built like a tank? My bass player swears Morley sounds better than a crybaby. I have yet to hear a Morley in action (through my rig would be the best), but the buffering system seems a little funny...

Between the Morley and the 95Q, which is the more preferred? I trust the opinions of fellow forumites...

JP uses the Dunlop 1SR and 2SR rack wahs but during the clinics, I think he normally uses the 535Q.

I have used a bunch over the years but the one that has always stayed with me is the dunlop 535Q that I've had literally since the day they came out :) For more of a classic wah tone, the Fulltone and Teese wahs are killer too!

Right now, I'm using the 535Q, 2 EMB remote wahs, and the 2sr rack wah and I'm anxious to get the EB wah.

+1 for the RMC wah...

Have heard it before, and it just totally blows everything...

It has a vocal like quality to it, and also sound like a baby crying :D

I have some links to the clip, I'll post it asap...
