There's a company called TMG that was building parts guitars with prices higher than BFRs and was taking money and not delivering guitars... then claimed financial problems and sold the company and fled to Australia.

Gahhhh!!!!! I made the mistake of googling this. I'm 30 pages deep on another forum. It reads like a soap opera. Also, makes me glad that I play MM guitars.

If I want a telenovela, I know where to look. If I want to melt some faces, I'll buy a Ball.

Yep, that thing's been on the FS thread for a long time.

I wondered why that was.

I remember seeing a lot of talk about these guitars awhile ago. Are they not as in demand these days, or is it that they are more of a "niche" market?

In any case, I'm looking forward to having a Silo with that kind of top. The piezo is a bonus. I got hung up on it not having a trem, but then I remembered that I don't really use them when I have them, and that I've gotten along fine with no trem on my main guitar for about the last 10 years.

As I've said before, the wait is a huge chunk of the fun of getting a new guitar. Enjoy every second of it. :)

True. Hopefully this will keep the GAS at bay for awhile. But who am I kidding? If I'm being honest, I know that at some point I'm going to want another silo or my first JP/Axis/AL. Luckily, Mrs. daneford puts up with me.

3 months have gone by since I ordered my PDN. It's killing me. Hopefully within the next week or so.......... I feel your pain.

You must be in pain a lot. Aren't you on the EBMM frequent buyer program? I think you've earned enough credits for a free guitar. :)

Andrew, glad you're back. The frequent buyer program is reserved for guys like Jeff DiBart..... I pale in comparison to him & may others.Lol

They're platinum members but you've earned at least a silver. I'm currently selling off gear in preparation for an Artisan.

Dane I think because they were a limited run and not a lot of people knew/know about them. They were the first EBMM with the tone block in them, so they are different in many respects, they were also the first EBMM with a pickup ring.

Ahh, so you did buy it! Congrats. Yup, the wait…the only downfall of getting a new MM. Hope you love that beauty.

Hey Glenn: Glad the 20th finally found a home! You were trying to find the right owner for a LONG time. I know you didn't get what the amount you wanted but now it's on its way to a new owner and the world is alright. Congrats man.

Jeff, it did sell and it would have been nice to get a little bit more, but I'm content.
