Hi Ernie Ballers
HELP!!
I have a strange problem.
All of a sudden, when I pluck a note on my Stingray (2010 model) bass, the sound has waves. It is more pronounced on the D and G strings and becomes increasingly obvious on the higher notes. It occurs on all pickup settings but the intensity is greatest on the neck pickup. This is very disturbing because I have gone through the trouble shooting such as check battery, check the volume pot, check strings and I even checked the wiring of the preamp for breakages or corrosion. Nothing is unusual so how did this mysterious effect manifest in my bass??

Maybe someone here has encountered what your experiencing but problem seems very perplexing to me and I would bring in a Tech at this point

You can try Stingray Club on Talkbass and if capable post Sound Sample
