BP, I love the videos.
So far I have done the spatchcock chicken, Grilled Raviolis, Tri tip and ribs . Great recipies, all came out great.
If you ever do another Bass bash in the desert, we should cook for the knuckleheads.

yeah tonight I cooked:

2 Pork Shoulders
Pomegranite balsamic Glazed Chix Thighs
Grilled shrimp
maple chipolte corn on the cobb
baby back ribs
spatchcock chicken with big bob gibsons white sauce
Smoked short ribs braised in espresson and red wine
casear salad and garlic bread

Dave Jeffries I was talking to Dave Marotta but Im getting ready to put some pulled pork on as we speak for a dinner party d2morrow night....

What kind of Smoker do you have?

I'm using one of those New Braunfels ones, it's a buddies here in town, looks like this, it's ok but man you have too always keep an eye on the fire or else.

Dave Jeffries@! Friends dont let friends cook on stick burners that are made in china..

THis thing I got into was because for not much nore money there are great american manufacturers that have a product that works really nice and there arent very many outlets...

Dav you need a smoker and I will help you get one!

Yum...... I need to spend some more time on the Smoker site.

So I take it a propane Weber grill doesn't cut it anymore (as if it did).
