I'm just excited to have seen the local Hooter's (yeah, yeah, they make good crawfish...) have a sign up announcing the return of mudbugs!

I guess the Bayou's crawfish crops are returning after Katrina and Ike. Thank goodness!

Now if BP could combine smoking and crawfish (*challenge!), I may be convinced to replace my old grill/smoker!
