It was great to meet and hang out with all of the forumites this weekend. Sterling and Co. put on an incredible event and it was great to interact with all of the Bongo players .
I don't think there is another company in this business that treats its' customers with the respect and appreciation as EB MM. I was honored to be a part of the Bongo Clinic and will look forward to next year.

It did my heart good to see all those Bongos on stage at the clinic!

Dave is a wonderful musician, and I really enjoyed his inputs to the clinic topics.

Dave, you were great. What can you tell us about that Bongo you were playing?

I'm not Dave - but I talked to him about it during golf. 5 string HH with rosewood neck are the features he described.

Dave - nice to meet you.

Dave,

Thank you so much for your participation. It's hard to get someone as old and stubborn as I am to think in different directions, but you did.

Plus you're just one hell of a nice guy. Thanks for the great hang!

Dave you were an awesome addition! I want to do more clinics!

Dave, welcome to the forum! Indeed you were an awesome addition! Thank you so much for coming out to the desert to share your playing and wisdom. Both were incredible...I'm looking forward to meeting you at future EBMM events. Peace, Capt. Don

Dave, I forgot to ask you over the weekend, but why was there a hole drilled on the underside of your Bongo? Was it just another location for a strap screw?
